【Application】 

 Separator gel is widely applied to clinical diagnosis of serum specimen preparation, especially widely used in production of blood collection tubes.  

【Instructions for use】 

 1.   Please add the gel into the tubes with special filling provision. The recommended quantity for φ13mm tubes is 0.8-1.0g, and for φ16mm tubes, it is 1.4-1.6g.

 2.  The gel can be added into the tubes at room temperature or under heating condition. Adding the gel under heating condition will avoid the phenomenon of “Wire drawing” occurring. Suggest to use water bath heating and the recommended temperature is 50-60℃. 

 3.   If there are air bubbles mixed when add gel, please remove them by centrifugation after adding gel. The recommended RCF is 1700g, and the centrifuge time is 5mintes.

 4.   Please avoid placing the tubes into inversion during transport.

 5.   The gel is resistant to irradiation sterilization and high temperature.
